Time To Run is a simple habit-building running app focused on time, not distance or pace. Set a goal, follow a progressive weekly plan, and build your running habit one week at a time.
Set an ultimate running goal in minutes, choose how many days a week you want to run, and pick a starting time. The app builds a progressive plan that gradually increases your run time each week until you hit your goal.
No. Time To Run is entirely time-based — no GPS, no distance, no pace. Just you and the clock. This means better battery life and no pressure about how far or fast you run.
The timer runs in memory, so force-quitting will lose your current run. Use the pause button if you need to stop — the app will keep the timer safe in the background.
Your weekly target resets each Monday. Missing a run won’t break your plan — just pick up where you left off. Consistency over perfection.
Absolutely. Runs longer than your target still count towards your weekly goal. Go at your own pace and don’t hold back.
Tap Your Goal on the home screen to update your ultimate goal, starting time, or runs per week at any time.
When you finish your final week, you’ll get a celebration screen and be guided into setting a new goal. Your next plan will start from where you left off — your first run will be at least as long as your previous ultimate goal.
Badges are earned automatically as you hit milestones — your first run, completing weeks, streaks, and finishing a full plan. Tap the shield icon on the home screen to see your collection.
The voice coach plays audio cues during your run — a 3-2-1 countdown, check-ins at 25%, 50% and 75% of your goal, and a message when you hit your target. You can choose male or female voice and toggle individual cues in Settings.
Go to Settings → Data → Reset All Data. This permanently deletes all your runs, goals, and badges. This cannot be undone.
